About Me

Born and raised in Colorado I spent a childhood running wild in the woods or on the plains of Northeastern Wyoming. In my 20s Europe and Mexico have been my playground and so far my 30s have me exploring the USA and South America.

In 2015 I earned my BFA from Edinburgh Napier University in International Journalism. As the world has changed, I have also altered my career path, leading me to work in the Travel Industry. I was a travel advisor for six years before switching to operations.

In 2022 I launched a podcast that blends several of my loves: the macabre, travel, history, and humor – called Dark Wanderings.

When I’m not working with clients or yapping into a microphone, I love writing, traveling, hiking, camping, photography, collecting vinyl, and far too many crafts. I also love a lazy day watching classic films with my rescue mutt, two cats, husband, and stepkid.
